AO CASA INC is looking for a Warehouse & Sales Associate to support both warehouse operations and customer sales activities.
This position combines hands-on warehouse work with showroom customer support and sales follow-up. The role will primarily focus on sales activities while also assisting with warehouse operations based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist showroom customers and provide product information.
- Follow up with customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Support local sales development and customer relationships.
- Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customer pickups and shipments.
- Assist with loading/unloading products and basic warehouse tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, warehouse, or related fields.
- Valid forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle products up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits available after 90 days, including PTO and 401(k) with company match (subject to plan eligibility requirements).
